Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Maintain contact with our clients, mostly with call center managers and supervisors, providing 1st level support
  • Investigate and solve different types of issues by answering calls and e-mails
  • Follow up existing tickets and escalate unresolved cases to relevant teams (finance, sales, development, sysadmin)
  • Write simple SQL queries and conjure with a large amount of data in Excel
  • Work together with colleagues to share information, collaborate on problem-solving and identify major service issues

What we expect

  • 3+ years proven track record in a relevant, customer support position
  • Massive interest and willingness to deep dive into our contact center software
  • Fluent and polished English
  • Confident user of MS Office, super experienced in Excel (knows functions, filters)
  • Flexibility in working hours

Nice to have

  • Basic SQL or any other database knowledge
  • working experience in a call center
  • VoIP and telco interest
