Your tasks and responsibilities
- Maintain contact with our clients, mostly with call center managers and supervisors, providing 1st level support
- Investigate and solve different types of issues by answering calls and e-mails
- Follow up existing tickets and escalate unresolved cases to relevant teams (finance, sales, development, sysadmin)
- Write simple SQL queries and conjure with a large amount of data in Excel
- Work together with colleagues to share information, collaborate on problem-solving and identify major service issues
What we expect
- 3+ years proven track record in a relevant, customer support position
- Massive interest and willingness to deep dive into our contact center software
- Fluent and polished English
- Confident user of MS Office, super experienced in Excel (knows functions, filters)
- Flexibility in working hours
Nice to have
- Basic SQL or any other database knowledge
- working experience in a call center
- VoIP and telco interest
